Benny Meisenberg
Benny Meisenberg was born in Bergisch Gladbach in 1999 and began his artistic career as a radio play and dubbing actor at the age of eight. He studied musical theatre at the Institute of Music at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences until 2023. Benny completed his vocal training with Valerie Bruhn. He also attended workshops and lessons with other renowned vocal teachers such as Prof Noelle Turner and Christian Schleicher.
During his studies, he was already able to perform the roles of the narrator in “Soho Cinders” at the Plektrum in Osnabrück and Phoebus in the children's musical “The Hunchback of Notre Dame” at the Arnstadt Theatre. After graduating, he toured Germany as Anton in the play “Der kleine Vampir” for the Theatre for Lower Saxony in Hildesheim.
At the Deutsche Oper am Rhein, Benny played the dual role of Baron Don Lossas/Barry in Paul Abraham's “Märchen im Grand Hotel” in 2024 and can be seen as Fedja in Jerry Bock's “Anatevka”.
