Duisburg: Thunder, ice and rain showers: what does the weather sound like?
Holdiay workshop about the family opera HOLLE!
The weather maker Frau Holle goes on vacation - and now what? In the first week of the fall holidays, we will explore together what role Frau Holle plays in the opera. We will make music, act, improvise and get an exclusive insight into how the new children's opera HOLLE! is created during rehearsals.
When: 14. - 18. October 2024, 10:00 a.m. 15:00 p.m.(some guided tours start earlier)
Where: Sozialzentrum St. Peter, Duisburg
Who can participate: children aged 7 to 12

Düsseldorf: Expedition Opera
We invite you on a three-day expedition behind the scenes of opera:
How do you actually compose an opera? Where does a ballerina wait for her big performance? And who decides which pieces we actually see on stage?
We will explore all these questions together and try out different theater professions: in the opera house and in other exciting places.
When: 21.-23. October 2024; 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Meeting point at the stage door unless communicated otherwise
Who can participate: children aged 7 to12
Cost: 50€ including lunch
