The Mexican tenor Alberto Robert began his vocal studies at the Music and Art Conservatory in Celaya. As an "Invitado Especial" of Opera San Miguel's Concurso 2020, he not only became an early member of the Mexico Opera Studio, but was also accepted into the Accademia Rossiniana "Alberto Zedda" in Rossini's native city of Pesaro, where he took part in the Accademia's student gala and in the opera "Il viaggio a Reims". Alberto Robert was successful in 2020 in the role of Don Ottavio in "Don Giovanni", among others. He won first prize at the opera competition of the Music and Arts Conservatory "Carlos Díaz Dupont" of Celayan, second prize at the 5th Linus Lerner International Singing Competition and the Encouragement Prize at the MONC Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions Competition 2021. He was guest of honour at the XII San Miguel de Allende Competition. Alberto Robert has been a member of the Stuttgart State Opera's International Opera Studio since the 2021/22 season and has already performed roles such as Master of Ceremonies ("The Love for Three Oranges"), Don Curzio ("Le nozze di Figaro"), Count Almaviva ("Il barbiere di Siviglia") and Don Ramiro ("La Cenerentola") at the Stuttgart State Opera. In the 2023/24 season, he will take on the roles of Remendado ("Carmen"), Count von Lerma ("Don Carlo") and the tenor role in "La Fest". Alberto Robert will also sing in the 6th Lied Concerto.
